The Settlement spaces are available for hire by groups and individuals for the purpose of holding meetings, activities, and events.
The Settlement ensures fair and equitable access to the Hall and other hireable spaces for all users; it is available to be used by all sectors and members of the community, provided that the purpose of the use of the hire does not undermine the core values of The Settlement Neighbourhood Centre.
The Settlement reserves the right to deny a hire application if the purpose of the hire is deemed to conflict with The Settlement’s values. Please refer to The Settlement website for an outline of the values held by The Settlement Neighbourhood Centre thesettlement.org.au.
Use of The Settlement’s Community spaces does not infer that The Settlement endorses the views of the hirer.
The hire of The Settlement is not to be used for the purpose of holding any activities that may be deemed discriminatory or hate inciting.

Use of the Settlement requires agreement by the hirer to comply with the Settlement Community Hall & Space Hire Terms and Conditions, payment by the hirer of the required fees and the approval by management.
The Settlement is unavailable for hire weekdays between 2PM and 6PM during school terms and generally between 9AM and 5PM during school holiday periods.
The Settlement Hall and other hireable spaces must be used in line with the approved hours of operation as detailed on the hall hire application and conditions of usage form. Access to the Hall outside approved hours is prohibited. Fees may be charged if facilities are accessed outside the confirmed booking times.
